HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?
Every item is printed to order. Production is typically 2–8 business days before your parcel ships.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Shipping time depends on destination and starts after production. Tracking is sent as soon as your parcel leaves the print facility.
HOW DO I CHOOSE A SIZE?
Use the size guide on the product page and compare it with a garment you already own. If you are between sizes, choose based on whether you prefer a closer or looser fit.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Contact us as quickly as possible. Because products are made to order, changes may not be possible after production begins.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking link by email once the parcel has shipped.
HOW SHOULD I WASH PRINTED APPAREL?
Wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Avoid direct ironing over the print and tumble dry on low when possible.
WHAT DOES PRINT-ON-DEMAND MEAN?
Your piece is produced after you place the order instead of sitting as dead stock in a warehouse. It reduces overproduction but adds a short production window before shipping.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR WRONG?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and arrange the appropriate replacement or resolution.
